Noone Vankaya

Requires Items:
Brinjals small : 15
Ground nuts : 1/2 cup
Sesame seeds :!/4 cup
Dhaniya seeds : 2 spoons
Methi seeds : 1 spoon
Onion : 2
Ginger garlic paste : 1 spoon
Tamarind : lemon size
Coconut : 1/4 cup
Turmeric and salt
Fry and grind items:
{Groundnuts,sesameseeds,dhaniya,methi} Fry wot oil and grind
Coconut ,onions gg paste, about ground masala grind all these to fine paste.
Method:
- Slit the bringals and fry them with little oil on both sides and keep them aside.
- In a kadai saute onions.
- Stuff the above paste in the bringals and pour the rem masala in the kadai.
- Add tamarind juice and water and bring it to boil.
- It goes well with rotis and rice.
Ground nuts: 1/2 cup

dhaniyalu : 2 spoons
menthulu : 1 spoon
Kofta Curry
Required Items:
Sorakaya : 1 big
Onions :2 large
Tomatoes : 1/4 kg
Ginger garlic paste
Soamp : 1 spoon
Dhaniya powder : 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder : 2 tbsp
Coconut milk : 1/2 cup
Masalas : 1 each(cloves,cinammon,chakka)
turmeric : Pinch
salt: required
Preparaation of Koftas:
- Grate sorakaya and squeeze as much water as u can
- In that add dhaniya powder,chilli powder,gingergarlic paste,salt and basin.
- Deepfry the balls till the balls are in golden brown.
Gravy:
- Put kadai with oil,inthat add soamp and onions and all garam masalas(elachi,patta,cloves)
- Satue onions and then add gg paste.
- Then add tomatoes and add salt,garammasala and dhaniya powder
- Last add coconut milk.
- Once this comes to boiling add these kofts and simmer for a min and switchoff.
- Garnish with coriander.

Left over rice : 1 cup
Grated bottle gourd : 1/2 cup
Chopped coriander : 1 tbs
salt
wheat flour : 1 tbs
