Kofta Curry




Required Items:
Sorakaya : 1 big
Onions :2 large
Tomatoes : 1/4 kg
Ginger garlic paste
Soamp : 1 spoon
Dhaniya powder : 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder : 2 tbsp
Coconut milk : 1/2 cup
Masalas : 1 each(cloves,cinammon,chakka)
turmeric : Pinch
salt: required

Preparaation of Koftas:
  1. Grate sorakaya and squeeze as much water as u can

  2. In that add dhaniya powder,chilli powder,gingergarlic paste,salt and basin.

  3. Deepfry the balls till the balls are in golden brown.

Gravy:

  1. Put kadai with oil,inthat add soamp and onions and all garam masalas(elachi,patta,cloves)

  2. Satue onions and then add gg paste.

  3. Then add tomatoes and add salt,garammasala and dhaniya powder

  4. Last add coconut milk.

  5. Once this comes to boiling add these kofts and simmer for a min and switchoff.

  6. Garnish with coriander.
