Required Items:
Sorakaya : 1 big
Onions :2 large
Tomatoes : 1/4 kg
Ginger garlic paste
Soamp : 1 spoon
Dhaniya powder : 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder : 2 tbsp
Coconut milk : 1/2 cup
Masalas : 1 each(cloves,cinammon,chakka)
turmeric : Pinch
salt: required
Preparaation of Koftas:
- Grate sorakaya and squeeze as much water as u can
- In that add dhaniya powder,chilli powder,gingergarlic paste,salt and basin.
- Deepfry the balls till the balls are in golden brown.
Gravy:
- Put kadai with oil,inthat add soamp and onions and all garam masalas(elachi,patta,cloves)
- Satue onions and then add gg paste.
- Then add tomatoes and add salt,garammasala and dhaniya powder
- Last add coconut milk.
- Once this comes to boiling add these kofts and simmer for a min and switchoff.
- Garnish with coriander.
