Noone Vankaya


Requires Items:


Brinjals small : 15


Ground nuts : 1/2 cup


Sesame seeds :!/4 cup


Dhaniya seeds : 2 spoons


Methi seeds : 1 spoon


Onion : 2


Ginger garlic paste : 1 spoon


Tamarind : lemon size


Coconut : 1/4 cup


Turmeric and salt




Fry and grind items:
{Groundnuts,sesameseeds,dhaniya,methi} Fry wot oil and grind


Coconut ,onions gg paste, about ground masala grind all these to fine paste.


Method:
  1. Slit the bringals and fry them with little oil on both sides and keep them aside.

  2. In a kadai saute onions.

  3. Stuff the above paste in the bringals and pour the rem masala in the kadai.

  4. Add tamarind juice and water and bring it to boil.

  5. It goes well with rotis and rice.
